1. Digital Services Policy
All services provided through this website—including web development, maintenance, and consulting—are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Therefore, traditional “returns” do not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
The service has not yet been started or no significant work has been delivered.
The client is unsatisfied with the initial work and communicates this concern within 3 days of receiving the first deliverable.
A mutual agreement is reached between both parties that the project cannot be completed as intended.
Please Note:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
The client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or content, causing delays or incomplete work.
The dissatisfaction is due to a change in business direction, goals, or personal preferences after work has started.
3. Partial Refunds
In cases where a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work already delivered and time spent. This is evaluated case-by-case.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a project at any time before development begins for a full refund.
If work has already started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the time and resources already invested.
